Mr. Werner is a Senior Associate at Palladium Equity Partners, and serves on the Board of Directors at Paragon ISG.

Previously, he worked at The Sterling Group in Houston, TX, where he focused on investment opportunities in the manufacturing, distribution and industrial services sectors. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Oil & Gas M&A Group at Evercore.

Mr. Werner graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Economics and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
